Manfred Metzger is senior vice president for Conates Ltd. Before assuming his current position, Manfred acted as an external consultant to Conates since the formation of the company. Primary responsible are to analyse and develope plans to drive the company’s growth and nurture new businesses. In this capacity, Manfred coordinates the company’s corporate development function, with responsibility for acquisitions, mergers, equity investments and joint ventures. Prior to Conates, Manfred developed and managed a successful pharmaceutical company and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Frankfurt.
Jan, a qualified lawyer by profession, oversees all internal legal matters. Additionally, Jan plays an important role within the organisation providing legal expertise to engineering and marketing teams. He graduated from University of Mannheim, Germany.
